Lentil Wrap

So I decided to try making the wraps that I have become obsessed with from Trader Joes. If you cant guess it is the lentil wrap with Tahini sauce. Man those wraps are to die for I think they have become one of my favorite things to eat. So I did make enough for left overs so I can have these amazing beauties a few more times. Early Beach Mornings

Woke up at 5:30 to try and catch a few surfer pictures. Well I do wish I had a farther zoom lens because mine only goes to 55mm but what can you do. Anyways I was freezing and definitely much colder than the surfers with wetsuits. Had a good morning and got some lovely photos. I think the surfers were posing for some.

So my grandma gave me a coconut because she remembered me saying that I have never had one. Well it was a lovely thought but the work put into get into the darn thing is maddening. I got coconut water, milk and toasted coconut.

To the New Year.... San Diego style

While there were loads of clubs in the Gaslamp District of San Diego you also had to be 21+ so dad and I enjoyed walking around partying with those outside. The end to 2012 was so much fun with strangers I will never meet again. Before 2012 ended I got to sign a shirt, get hugged, high five, someone slap me on the back, watch drunks be pulled away and see some angry cops. It definitely ended the year off good.
